Step 1. Circuit Design
Design a JFET amplifier circuit. Your design has to meet the following performancespecifications: The voltage gain of the amplifier has to be −20. You have ± %10 tolerance gapfor
your voltage gain. Your load has to be 2 kΩ resistor. Your input impedance has to be greater than 500 kΩ
You can use as many capacitors and resistors as you would like in your design, however, thevalues of resistors and capacitors have to be determined by yourselves. After you designed
your cascade amplifier circuit, you should test it using a simulation software (Proteus).
Step 2. Laboratory Manual Design
Prepare an experiment manual to teach the JFET amplifier circuit you designed to your
students in a laboratory environment. The manual should explain what to do step by step.
Input scenarios with different values should be created and the corresponding output should
be requested from the students. Blank tables or graphical areas can be included in the sheet
where the requested values will be entered.
